TheBrandZee (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, the choices you have, and your rights under laws like the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other applicable regulations.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our websites, products, or services.

1) Who we are & scope

  • Brand: TheBrandZee — a digital services company offering AI Search Engine Optimization, marketing automation (n8n & GoHighLevel), and courses/training, etc.

  • Web properties: any website, landing page, form, or automation endpoint operated by us (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Contact: thebrandzeeofficial@gmail.com

2) Data we collect

We collect information in three ways: you provide it, it’s collected automatically, or we receive it from partners/integrations.

A. Information you provide

  • Contact & identity: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, role.

  • Account & course data: login, enrollment status, quiz/progress, support messages.

  • Service intake: project brief, brand assets, content, credentials you choose to share for integration (e.g., API keys or temporary access tokens—shared only when necessary and handled securely).

  • Payments: processed by WooCommerce and payment gateways (e.g., PayFast). We receive confirmation and metadata (amount, status, time) but do not store full card numbers.

B. Collected automatically

  • Usage & device data: IP address, browser type/version, device identifiers, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, UTM parameters, approximate location.

  • Cookies & similar tech: pixels, tags, local storage for analytics, preferences, and marketing.

C. From third parties / integrations

  • CRM & automation: data synchronized via GoHighLevel (GHL) and n8n webhook flows (e.g., form submissions, lead status, campaign engagement).

  • Analytics/ads: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insights (where used).

  • Email tools: delivery/engagement data from email providers (open/click rates, bounces, unsubscribes).

3) How we use your data (purposes & legal bases)

  • Provide and improve Services (deliver projects, build automations, run courses, troubleshoot): Contract / Legitimate interests.

  • AI SEO & automation delivery (topic research, workflow building, CRM sequences, funnel tracking): Contract / Legitimate interests.

  • Communications (service updates, support, security alerts): Contract / Legitimate interests.

  • Marketing with consent (newsletters, product updates, event/course invites): Consent (unsubscribe anytime).

  • Payments & fraud prevention (process orders, detect abuse): Contract / Legal obligation / Legitimate interests.

  • Legal compliance (tax, accounting, requests from authorities where lawful): Legal obligation.

4) AI, automation & decision-making

  • We use AI tools and automated workflows (e.g., n8n, GHL) to format content, trigger campaigns, route support, and enrich leads (e.g., tagging, scoring).

  • These automations assist humans and are reviewed periodically. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without your explicit consent or a clear contractual need.

  • You can request human review of any decision that materially affects you.

5) Sharing & processors

We share data with trusted processors to operate our Services. Typical categories:

  • Hosting & infrastructure: cloud hosting, CDN, security/firewall.

  • Automation & CRM: n8n, GoHighLevel.

  • Analytics & advertising: Google Analytics/Ads, Meta, LinkedIn (as configured).

  • Email & communications: email delivery providers, transactional email, chat/helpdesk.

  • Payments & e-commerce: WooCommerce, PayFast, invoicing tools.

  • Course platform/LMS: if used, to manage enrollments and progress.

We require processors to follow contractual safeguards and process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.

6) International transfers

We operate with global tools and providers. When data moves across borders (e.g., to the EU/US), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), provider certifications, or other lawful mechanisms.

7) Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described:

  • Client/project records: for the project duration and a reasonable period thereafter (e.g., 3–7 years) for support, audit, and legal compliance.

  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or your email bounces/stands inactive for a defined period.

  • Course records: while your account remains active and as required by law.

  • Payment records: per tax/accounting laws.

When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data.
